The Swimming Pool

We charge £90 or $130 per week to heat the pool. It takes 24 hours to warm up, so although we are happy to turn it on once you arrive it is best if it is done in advance.

This applies to the villa only since the pool at Windsor Palms is always heated at no extra cost to our guests. The pools are serviced regularly and kept immaculately clean. The pool at the villa is fully screened to keep out bugs and other pests. At Windsor Palms the lawns and common areas are tended regularly as is the lawn at the villa.

Equipment

All linen, towels, electricity, gas and equipment (including cot and highchair) is included in the rental. The only item we ask you to bring are pool towels.

Smoking

We do not allow smoking in the villa or the condo.

Pets

We do not allow pets in the villa or the condo.

Special Offers/Discounts

For short notice bookings we can sometimes offer a discount. We offer a discount for longer term bookings of 4 weeks or more. We also like to look after any guests that book again so please ask for details.

Booking

In order to book you can either email us on jo.hawes@virgin.net or telephone us on +44 (0) 1628 781094. We are always happy to talk to our guests and answer questions.

We ask for a 25% deposit on booking which secures your rental. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Once we have received your balance we send you directions and details regarding access to the properties. Whenever possible our management company will be at the villa or the apartment to check you in. They also take a $200 deposit from you which is returnable in full 14 days from departure subject to a satisfactory inspection.
